Gestational Age: 36 weeks!
Weight: 2155 grams
When I got to the hospital this morning, Maddie was cuddling with her creepy hand pillow. As a result of this, Dan and I put her mini-Piglet in with her and sure enough she squeezed it too! She was extremely cuddly today and very awake and happy. They increased her re-feedings to 10 ccs every four hours.
Maddie has a new habit of shaking off her ostomy bag in the middle of the night. It makes me think that she is just seeking more outfit changes. She changes her outfit at least twice a day due to needing her ostomy bag changed that often. She has gotten really good at getting stool all over her outfits so Mommy and Daddy can do lots of laundry.

Grandpa Wayne came and visited today and brought University of Northern Iowa gifts. Grandpa Wayne graduated from UNI and that is where Dan got his master's degree from, so it is very fitting. I still need to get Maddie some Duhawk gear. Maybe we'll just see if Maddie can borrow some from her cousins.
