Maddie was happy for Mommy and
Daddy to return to her tonight

Baby Bright Eyes!

I got to return to work today and meet with some of my "kids". For the most part they were happy to see me back. This will be quite an adjustment traveling back and forth from Waverly/Denver to Iowa City every day.

Tonight, Maddie was awake and ready to be read to. Dan enjoys reading to her from the board books or Chronicles of Narnia, whichever one Maddie looks like she wants to hear. She seems to follow her black and white board book when Dan shows her the pictures and he finds that exciting.

Maddie was increased to 14 ccs of refeeding every four hours to her lower intestines. She doesn't always have that much out every four hours, but they then refeed as much as she has.
